Is BuffBoxx for Men Women?

Yes!! Buffboxx has separate boxes for both men and women. You will receive products specific to you!

What’s in a BuffBoxx?

BuffBoxx is a monthly subscription box geared toward fitness, health, and wellness.  Each BuffBoxx contains premium, brand name fitness apparel, supplements, accessories and gym goods, healthy snacks, meal plans, access to workout programs!

Can I Choose Whats in My Box?

No. We want to provide our customers with the best products available, both new and old, while at the same time giving them a reward to look forward to each month!

Can I Change My User Profile?

Yes! To change your billing, shipping, payment info, or questionnaire preferences, go to your account page by clicking "LOG IN" in the navigation. If you are already logged in, click the “DASHBOARD” button and then manage the subscription you want to edit.

What Sizes Do You Offer?

We supply XS- XXL for women and Small- XXL for men.

Cancellation Continuity Questions???

Cancellation Policy?

To cancel your Month-to-Month Subscription, log in to your account and cancel your current plan OR email customer_service@buffboxx.com to provide written notice of your cancellation request. If you cancel after the 10th and your payment has already been received, you will still receive your final box as your products have already been ordered. We cannot refund PIF or prepaid orders as the products to fill those orders have already been ordered.

Refunds requests from customers who have signed-up, cancelled, and do not wish to receive a box will be subject to a 2.9% credit card return fee.

Continuity Policy?

The Monthly plan continues until it is cancelled. After you receive the last box of your 3, 6, or 12 month plan, your subscription will turn into a monthly plan. To cancel, please log-in to your account OR provide written notice via email to customer_service@buffboxx.com

How Much is BuffBoxx?

BuffBoxx is $49.99/month and includes shipping tax. Everything in the box is yours to keep! The LITE box is $29.99 and includes shipping and tax. All sales include your choice of charity for us to donate too!

When Am I Charged?

You are charged at the time of sign-up. If you are on a month-to-month plan you will be charged on the 10th of every following month until you cancel. 3, 6, 12 month plans roll over into monthly plans if they are not cancelled.

How Do I Use My Promo Code?

Shipping Questions???

When is BuffBoxx Sent?

BuffBoxx is shipped between the 25th and 31st of each month. Those who have signed up on or before the 25th will receive their box in the first batch.

Where is Buffboxx Sent?

Currently, Buffboxx is delivered to the USA. Shipping is FREE! Tracking is provided for all orders!

How Long Does It Take To Arrive Once Sent?

For customers in the continental US, your box will arrive in 3 days or less.


We do not accept returns. However, exchanges will be accepted in the event you have received the wrong size of apparel, the wrong gender, as well as visibly damaged products.  In this event, please email customer_service@buffboxx.com and request a return label. We will email you your label. Please use the padded envelope that has been provided in your BuffBoxx to issue your return!

Inventory and the Exchange Process:

Product is ordered based on our current subscribers and new sign-up projections. BuffBoxx will do it's best to ensure you receive the same style product you are exchanging. However, there may be an instance when you receive a different style product during the exchange process due to inventory levels.

My Box is Lost, Stolen, Hasn’t Arrived?

Your first plan of attack is to check with your neighbors, building managers, and other folks in the vicinity to see if they may have picked up the box. If the address is accurate and you're not able to hunt down the box, contact at your local post office to see if they might have it. Sometimes boxes accidentally get marked as "Delivered" even though they are waiting at the post office. There are many times that USPS will update tracking information prematurely. If it has been 3 business days or more since your package was incorrectly marked as delivered, please don't hesitate to reach out to us so we are able to investigate further.

Are the Supplements in BuffBoxx Approved by the NCAA, NFL, MLB, NBA, MLS, etc?

Check the NCAA banned substances list before taking any supplements. The NCAA has strict rules and regulations when it comes to supplements and it is your responsibility to check with your athletics staff prior to using any supplements.

International Questions???

International Shipping

Shipping outside of the USA can take 4-14 days. In some circumstances of international fulfillment, customs and other delays outside of our control may apply.

International Exchanges

International Exchanges Are Handled On A Case By Case Basis. Accepted items must be returned within 30 days in original condition to receive a refund or exchange. Original condition means the item is not washed, worn (aside from trying it on), damaged or altered and returned with all hangtags and original packaging where possible. Any item not meeting the timeframe or condition of this policy will be returned at the customer’s expense. Items being exchanged ship to you from BuffBoxx Headquarters on the 10th and 15th of each month. Exchanges that do not arrive by those dates will be included in your next Boxx.

International Tax Statement

BuffBoxx’s international fulfillment operation has been set up to remove or reduce tariff and VAT charges to our customers. In a small amount of cases, some shipments may be subject to taxation from your country. This is out of our control. In the event a tax fee is applied, the cost will be the responsibility of the customer. The following countries have had their taxes pre-paid:Canada, Australia, S. Korea, Japan, New Zealand

Shipped goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes BuffBoxx to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that BuffBoxx may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
